Her extensive portfolio includes media management and operations at prestigious events including the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020 Olympics, FEI World Equestrian Games™, FEI World Cup™ series, and the FEI Nations Cup™ series.
"We are thrilled to welcome such an experienced professional to our team," said Theo Ploegmakers, EEF President. Her career also includes positions at the French Equestrian Federation and EquiRatings, leading internal and external communications with a data-driven approach to storytelling.
In her new role, Bruchard-Gibbons will spearhead efforts to strengthen the Federation's communication strategies, maintaining strong relationships with member national federations, increase visibility of continental sporting events, and build stronger relationships with media partners to amplify the Federation's voice in the equestrian world. Her expertise will be vital in promoting the flagship Longines EEF Series.
Bilingual in English and French, her ability to work in multiple languages will be an asset in promoting the values of the Federation to the equestrian community.
