EEF appoints Bréjon as Sport Events Liaison Manager to strengthen event delivery and deepen collaboration with the FEI on European Championships.
The European Equestrian Federation (EEF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Camille Bréjon as Sport Events Liaison Manager, effective October 1, 2025. This strategic appointment reinforces the EEF’s commitment to excellence in equestrian sport event management and strengthens collaboration with the Fédération Équestre Internationale (FEI).
“We are delighted to welcome Camille to the EEF team. Her wide-ranging experience in delivering world-class equestrian events combined with her proven track record in international sports project management will be a great asset for us,” said EEF President Quentin Simonet.
“Her expertise will be key to strengthening the Longines EEF Series and reinforcing the close cooperation between the EEF and the FEI for the benefit of European equestrian sport.”
The Fédération Équestre Internationale (FEI) also played a central role in this appointment, being fully involved in the recruitment process and committing financial support to the position. The FEI Board’s approval was instrumental in making this role possible, and the EEF warmly acknowledges this contribution. This joint investment underlines the importance of the position and reflects the shared ambition of both organisations to reinforce the future of European equestrian sport.
Bréjon brings over a decade of international experience in sports project management, spanning equestrian, rugby, and cycling. She played key roles at the Paris 2024 Games as Overlay Manager across 14 venues and previously at the Longines Global Champions Tour as project manager for 7 years across international venues. Fluent in French and English, she combines multilingual skills with strong expertise in event delivery, making her well-suited to this pan-European role.
This appointment represents the EEF's commitment to strengthening its management structure with dedicated full-time expertise for the Longines EEF Series and FEI European Championships. The EEF acknowledges the valuable foundation laid by Alcor Consulting, represented by Beatrice and Valentina Ottaviani, whose support has been instrumental in the launch and management of the Longines EEF Series alongside the LES Organising Committees.
Bréjon will play a central role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of the Longines EEF Series, working closely with Organising Committees to ensure consistency and raise standards across all events. She will also oversee collaboration with bidding organisers through to confirmed hosts of FEI European Championships, ensuring alignment between national federations, local organisers, and the FEI. By driving closer partnerships and reinforcing event operations, Bréjon’s work will help the EEF enhance the visibility, quality, and long-term impact of European equestrian competitions.
Commenting on her appointment, Bréjon said: “I am truly excited to take on this role and to use my experience to support the EEF in close collaboration with the FEI. Both the Longines EEF Series and the FEI European Championships provide fantastic opportunities to strengthen European equestrian sport. I look forward to working closely with event hosts and organisers to deliver memorable competitions and to help shape a positive future for our sport, contributing to its continued growth and development.”
A Strategic Vision for EEF’s Future
The appointment of Camille Bréjon is part of the EEF’s wider strategy to strengthen event delivery and ensure the long-term growth of the various disciplines, age categories and more globally, equestrian sport in Europe. By investing in specialised expertise, the EEF reaffirms its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and athlete welfare while supporting organisers and federations to raise the standard of competitions across the continent.
