Longines EEF Series bonuses awarded

The Longines EEF Series bonuses have been awarded for the top European U25 riders’ performances and the best performances in the Final for the 2023 season.
 
Across the Regional Qualifiers, nine under-25 combinations recorded a double-clear from six different nations to earn themselves a bonus prize. Rewarding the young riders is part of the ethos of the Longines EEF Series to develop and provide team jumping experiences for the next generation. The riders receive an equal share of the €20,000 fund. The successful riders were:

• Teike Carstensen (GER) on Greece 5 owned by Hengststation Sollwitt Gbr
• Mykola Pylypeiko (UKR) on Karat owned by Volodymyr Pylypeiko
• Anastasia Bondarieva (UKR) on Calder owned by Romain Duguet
• Emil Hallundbaek (DEN) on Irwin owned by Manfred Von Allwörden 
• Harry Allen (IRL) on Calculatus owned by Qin Yu Pang
• Jason Foley (IRL) on Oscar v/h Hulstenhof owned by Bruntwood Stables Bvba and Karel Cox Horses BV
• Zoltán Lázár Dr. (HUN) on Diablo owned by CBA L És F Kft.

 
From the Longines EEF Series final, an additional €20,000 is awarded to the best performances. Only five combinations achieved double clears, making worthy recipients of the bonus and taking €4000 each. Austria continued a brilliant run of form from the European Championships to record three double clears and seal victory at the Longines EEF Series Final.
