The proposals of FEI for the obligations of the organisers of the European Championships
The EEF board finds the submitted FEI recent proposals regarding the Senior European Championships as a step in correct direction.
Because some of these proposals bring additional cost directly to the National Federation, the EEF Board strongly believes that its member NFs should also be consulted with.
The demands and opportunities of the organizers defer and the EEF Board agreed that is needed personal approach to the them, including: not only bidding process but also direct approach, flexibility in the requirements, sponsorship opportunities, and other.
EEF board requests the FEI to initiate discussions with stakeholders on a possible new approach, and EEF to part of it.
The EEF board agreed GD and TS to draft a letter which will be shared with the board and sent to FEI.
